PrepCentral Pro Privacy Policy

This policy describes information used to operate PrepCentral Pro, including account, team, player, billing, video, recruiting and communication features.
Information we collect
We may collect account/contact information; organization, team and roster information; sports statistics and game activity; photos, video and player-profile information users choose to provide; billing/subscription records; support communications; and technical/security information needed to operate and protect the service.
Youth and player privacy
PrepCentral Pro is used by coaches, organizations and families and may contain information about youth athletes supplied by authorized adults. We limit public exposure of player information and may display a first name, last-name initial and jersey number instead of a full name when appropriate authorization for public display has not been recorded. Contact, family and billing information is not intended for public player profiles.
Consent and agreement evidence
When a user affirmatively accepts subscription or player-privacy terms, we may retain the exact agreement/version, UTC timestamp, authenticated account, IP-derived security hash, browser/user-agent information, device/browser fingerprint hash, language, time-zone and screen characteristics, and related transaction identifiers. These records are used for security, fraud prevention, compliance and dispute resolution. A browser/device fingerprint is technical evidence and is not represented as a unique hardware identity.
Payments
Payment card and bank-account details are processed by our payment provider. PrepCentral Pro may store payment-provider customer, checkout, subscription, invoice and status identifiers needed to manage Premium access and billing, but does not need to store the full card or bank account number.
SMS and mobile information
SMS is optional. When a user opts in, we retain the mobile number, preferences, consent status/date and related records. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared except as necessary to provide the messaging service or as required by law.
Security and retention
We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to protect information and retain records as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service, document consent and transactions, prevent repeated-trial abuse, resolve disputes, and satisfy applicable obligations.
Privacy requests
Parents, guardians and users may contact support@prepcentralpro.com with questions or requests concerning account or player information. Requests may require verification before information is changed, disclosed or deleted.
