PrepCentral Pro Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern use of PrepCentral Pro. By creating an account or purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms presented to you at the time of acceptance. SMS enrollment remains separate and optional.
Service
PrepCentral Pro provides sports team management, scheduling, scoring, statistics, video/replay, player development, recruiting, communications, tournament and organization-management software and related services.
Subscriptions and recurring billing
Eligible new subscribers may receive one introductory 3-day Premium trial. A payment method is collected through our payment processor. Unless canceled before the trial ends, Premium automatically renews at the price and interval displayed at checkout. A trial is limited to one per eligible customer/account. Customers who have already used a trial may be charged immediately when starting Premium.
Subscription & Refund Policy
The free trial is provided so eligible customers can evaluate Premium before a paid renewal. You may cancel during the trial to avoid a subscription charge. Once a subscription payment has been processed, subscription charges are non-refundable and are not prorated for unused time, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Canceling stops future renewals but does not reverse a payment already processed. PrepCentral Pro may, in its discretion, correct duplicate or erroneous charges.
Electronic acceptance and records
When required, PrepCentral Pro records affirmative electronic acceptance of subscription or privacy terms, including the agreement version and text, acceptance timestamp, authenticated account, and technical audit information. These records are retained to document the transaction, protect customers, prevent abuse, and resolve disputes.
Player and youth information
Teams and authorized adults may provide roster and sports-participation information. Public-facing areas may abbreviate player names or restrict information unless appropriate authorization or consent exists. Public recruiting profiles and media sharing may be subject to additional privacy controls.
Optional SMS Messaging
SMS messaging is optional and governed by the separate SMS Program Terms. Registration, purchase, or acceptance of these Terms does not provide SMS consent. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
